Etude House – Be Clear Moisturizer Review by meesh-hung

[Review] Etude House Be Clear Moisturizer

Hey guys! I’m really slow with the reviews but today I’ll be reviewing the Etude House Be Clear Moisturizer which I got fromCosmetic-Love! You can purchase it here! This actually arrived in the mail last week. The first thing I found when I opened the package were the two samples I got! Here they are: Lioele Dollish Viel Vita BB Cream and the Lioele Beyond the Solution BB Cream. I’m looking forward to trying these out in the future!

So the first thing I have to say about the lotion is that I love the packaging. But that’s probably because I love the packaging of most korean products in general. I like how the bottle is plastic so I don’t have to worry about breaking it. And I like how its a pump because that means I wouldn’t use too much at once.
When I first applied the product, I found that the smell was kind of weird. It reminded me too much of a sunscreen. Yes it does contain SPF30/PA++ but I was hoping that the smell would be lighter. Since this does contain SPF, I only wear this during the day.
Here is a picture of before and after. (Oh god my eye bags) As you can see, my pores aren’t as big and my skin does appear lighter. It does make my skin look more smooth but at the same time, my boyfriend told me my face looks caked after applying this cream which was not what I was looking for. I prefer moisturizers who don’t leave my face looking like I applied foundation/BB cream.

♥ Lasted for hours without feeling oily
♥ Not expensive and will probably last me a while
♥ Good for a day cream since it contains SPF to protect me from the sun. One less thing for me to put on 🙂

✖ Smelled too much like sunscreen
✖ Made me look caked when I was only seeking for it to moisturize my skin

Overall: I probably won’t repurchase this after I’m done with this bottle since I do want to try out other moisturizers and don’t think this is perfect for me.
